The following general purchase conditions apply to all orders and purchases of products made by a customer via Nina Thorén Art, www.ninathorenartart.se. By approving and completing a purchase in the webshop, you also accept these Terms of Purchase.

Nina Thorén Art reserves the right to change the purchase conditions at any time, without notifying you in advance. The version of the terms of purchase that you agree to when placing your order applies to your purchase.

Purchases via ninathorenart.se are covered by the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932) and the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.

Right of withdrawal - according to the Distance Contracts Act

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. 

If you regret your purchase and send a product back to us, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 days at the latest. As a customer, you pay any return shipping yourself, and returned product must always be returned in essentially unchanged condition and in original packaging with associated packaging. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping.

Warranty and right of complaint - according to the Consumer Purchase Act

We sell all products with a 1-year warranty and 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. All guarantees apply in Sweden.

The product warranty only covers original faults, i.e. defects that were present in the product upon delivery. The product warranty does not apply to errors that occur during or after changes to the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.

If there is a fault with an item you bought, you may, according to the Consumer Purchase Act, have the right to demand free repair, redelivery of a new fault-free item or to cancel the purchase and get your money back. Read more here:  Kusumentverket on complaints

Your order confirmation or receipt is valid as proof of warranty. Keep the document well because the document is required if you need to use the warranty right.

Please note that different rules apply to companies for warranty and complaint rights. When purchasing, companies only receive the warranty right given by the supplier, where the warranty period can vary between different suppliers. Companies also do not have any claim rights in addition to their warranty rights from the supplier. Delivery conditions

We deliver all products and accessories with a shipping cost unless otherwise agreed. We ship with PostNord and DHL. The delivery time is normally approx. 2–7 working days if the product is in stock. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time, so that you get your products home as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, it can take a little longer than expected, if it is, for example, holiday periods or waiting for delivery from the supplier. Remember that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when handing out/delivery of the products.

Delivery confirmation

When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail with delivery confirmation in connection with the product(s) leaving our warehouse.

Transport damage

If transport damage should occur, we ask you to report the damage to our customer service via e-mail or telephone. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines and the notification must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer noticed or should have noticed the error. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For companies, the notification of transport damage must be received within seven days.
In order for the matter to be handled as quickly as possible, we ask that you keep the product's packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, redelivery, remedial action or price reduction is carried out.

Security of payment

Stripe provides a payment solution for card payment.

Shipping

Shipping costs are added depending on which shipping option is selected at checkout. The total price is shown in the shopping cart and at the checkout after any discounts have been applied. Nina Thoren Art reserves the right to make changes to prices and assortment from time to time. The applicable price and assortment is always what appears at the time of ordering. In the event of a final sale, this will appear at the latest in the order confirmation that is sent to your e-mail after the order has been placed.

Pick up yourself in the studio

If you are not able to be at home and fit the forwarders' delivery times, you can choose Pick up yourself as the delivery method at checkout. Then you pick up your products yourself upon agreement by contacting info@ninathorenart.se

In case of transport damage to original works, we may have a dialogue about what can be restored or not. If it cannot be restored, the full amount is paid back.

Sales to minors

We do not sell products to minors (under 18) without the guardian's permission.

We handle your personal data in accordance with PUL

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data such as name, address and social security number. At the same time, you agree that we save and use your personal data so that we can fulfill our commitments to you as a customer. We also document certain communications we have with you via telephone or e-mail, in order to provide you with the best service and follow up on your matters. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL) & GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected or removed. In that case, contact our customer service.

Swedish law applies to purchases from www.ninathorenart.se

We reserve the right to make any omissions or errors in information about products, shade differences due to different screen settings, images, prices, stock balances or technical errors and we reserve the right to change or correct when it comes to our knowledge.
